1 · End-Use & Volume Supply

We supply directly to end-user individuals and corporate teams for internal operational use. Volume tiers (5% to 15% off) apply exclusively to direct end-users. Strictly no wholesale, distributor, or reseller arrangements.

2 · Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Orders can be placed via direct online checkout or corporate quotation requests.

3 · Sizing & Safety Standards

Footwear complies with EN ISO 20345 standards and is supplied in pre-designed EU sizes.

4 · Fulfillment & Premises

Orders are dispatched within 1 week via doorstep courier service across Singapore addresses and worksites. Our Oxley BizHub premises serve exclusively as an administrative office; no inventory is held on-site and no self-collection is permitted.

5 · Returns & Exchanges

Unworn footwear in original packaging may be returned or exchanged. Refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
